I placed my order but I have not received a confirmation email yet

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All of our items are custom printed and made on demand just for you. That means it takes about 3-5 business days for processing and production before the item will be shipped out. From there, it may take between 7-14 additional days for delivery.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

You have 24 hours after the order is placed to cancel. After those 24 hours your order will already be in production and you will not be able to cancel or make any changes.

Can I change my shipping address?

If the order is not in production yet, you will be able to change your shipping address. Typically you will have within 24 hours after you placed the order to make any changes you need to. But if the order has already been processed unfortunately we will not be able to change your shipping address.

How can I track my order?

The moment your order ships out we will send you an email with a tracking link.

Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Can I get a refund on my shipping costs?

Unfortunately we cannot refund you on shipping costs.

My order didn't go through but I think I've been charged?

When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the money from your available balance. However it is not actually taken from your account until the order is sent. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us at 1 (844) 600 5522
