If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once submitted, our returns department will review your request for an RMA and determine if you meet the requirements of our Returns Policy. If a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, you will receive an email confirming that you can return your items

For single item orders, we'll refund your order in full excluding your original shipping cost.
For multiple item orders where you are not returning the entire order, we'll refund you the price of the items returned.

If your order arrives damaged, with a defect, misprint or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will organize a replacement for you at our expense.
Should you wish to opt for a refund instead of a replacement, then this will fall under our “change of mind” policy.

If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.
The return policy does not apply to sale items. Or any items with custom engraving. Engraving fees are also non-refundable.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Pacific Coast Outlet will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and...
The customer refuses to accept the package No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. Snappy Creations reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
